Olympic Fitness in Port Orchard has set its first-ever Health and Wellness Fair for May 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A number of local businesses and health services, including physical therapists, massage therapists, reflexology, spa facilities, dance for kids and adults, local Weight-Watcher’s and T.O.P.’s chapters, local doctors and domestic violence resources (ALIVE) are scheduled to participate. Group Health will offer information about its services for patients, including older adults, and there will also be free blood pressure testing, body composition/body fat assessments.

Local restaurants will share their healthy food choices and there will be drawings for prizes including free membership to the club.
