Northwest Care Management Inc. of Bainbridge Island has named Sigrid Howard, administrator of Liberty Shores Assisted Living Community and Harbor House Alzheimer’s Care Community in Poulsbo, as its administrator of the year for 2000.

Howard received the award based on three years of deficiency-free state survey results, superior financial management, quality assurance and customer service results.

Northwest Care Management Inc. manages 13 other assisted-living and dementia-care facilities throughout the Puget Sound area.
