Ong Hong Smith has been named as West Sound Workforce’s Employee of the Month for January. Smith is an accountant who has worked in long-term temporary assignments for several Kitsap County businesses.

Smith, who has a degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii, was cited for her accounting expertise, professional attitude, and excellent quality of work.

Patrick “PJ” Hannah earned the Employee of the Month honor for February. He is an experienced sales and marketing professional who has been working with the firm since October 2000. He was recognized for his excellent skills and dedication to his job.
