The Kitsap County Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), a trade association for single family residential property management professionals, will sponsor a Property Manager/Landlord Training class on March 21 and 22. It will be held at the Sheridan Recreation Center, Clubroom C from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

The class will address the importance of screening prospective tenants, crime prevention, and warning signs of drug activity.

Guests are welcome but reservations are required. The registration fee is $5 and an additional $25 for six clock hour credits.
