In annual state surveys completed by the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Port Orchards Ridgemont Terrace has been ranked in the top 2 percent of over 250 nursing facilities in Washington State.

Ridgemont offers a variety of care levels and a family atmosphere. Residents have a multitude of choices in activities and entertainment as well as a full service beauty shop and a fitness room on campus. Additionally, Ridgemont owns a 25-passenger bus to provide transportation.
Our residents enjoy going to Mariner games, local fairgrounds and shopping trips. We hold church service on Sundays and dances every month, says Crawford.
Ridgemont Terrace was founded in 1971 by the Ostrom family. The campus offers retirement apartments and assisted living suites along with rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing services.
Our community consists of 162 residents age 38 to 103 reports Crawford. It is wonderful to work for a family owned facility
