Paula Metcalf and Gloria Davis were both recently promoted to the post of operations supervisor at Frontier Bank. Davis will handle those duties at Frontier’s main Poulsbo office on Highway 305 and Metcalf at the downtown Poulsbo branch.

Both are responsible for the operational aspects of their respective branches as well as for providing leadership to the staff, meeting customers needs and problem solving.

Davis has been with the bank for four years, which includes a varied background in which she has held nearly every position and done every job within the branch, including payroll. She has also served as a Poulsbo City Council member.

Metcalf, who joined the bank shortly after graduating from North Kitsap High School, has there for over 7 years. For much of her tenure, she has worked part-time and attended college. After earning her BA in Sociology, magna Cum Laude last Spring, she took on additional responsibilities and became the lead person in the branch.
