Central Kitsap resident Ray Thompson has been selected as the 2000 Employee of the Year for Olympic Printer Resources.

The Kingston firm provides consumable supplies for computer printers, fax machines, and copiers as well as remanufacturing laser printer, fax, and copier toner cartridges. Thompson is the firm’s production manager

“Over the past year Ray has produced remanufactured cartridges at a rate of 25 percent above the industry average while reducing the number of defective returns 250 percent,” said company president Pete DeBoer. “He is directly responsible for the high quality of our remanufactured toner products.”
