 Bainbridge Island’s PREDICT/DLI recently introduced the new DLI Watchman DCX Hammerhead (HH) Diagnostic Data Collector and Real Time Analyzer. Embedded in the DCX-HH is PREDICT/DLl’s popular ExpertALERT for Voyager expert automated diagnostic engine, so that at the point of data collection, highly accurate diagnostic results can be automatically displayed.
The operating system is Microsoft Windows 98, and utilizes a transflective, LCD touch screen interface. Four Channel simultaneous biaxial data collection is initiated by selecting test points from machine images or tapping on a hierarchical tree of plants/areas/machines/locations.
A plant’s entire condition monitoring database is onboard the DCX-HH. A user can add or modify machines, review historical information, previous test data and trends for any machine while “on the plant floor.”
