The West Sound Human Resource Management Association (WSHRMA) recently honored four local companies for their leadership in developing work/life practices, which are flexible work arrangements and benefits that help employees balance personal and work responsibilities and strengthen job performance.
Honored were Concurrent Technologies, Johnson Controls, Olympic Area Council on Aging and Olympic College.
A special exemplary Drug-Free Workplace Program Award was given to Johnson Controls for its comprehensive efforts to ensure safety and productivity in the workplace. |
