Majestic Charter and Tours
sold to Paratransit subsidiary

Majestic Charter and Tours, which operates a fleet of six motor coaches and provides bus charter and group tour services, has been sold to TranServ, LLC, a wholly owned, for-profit subsidiary of Paratransit Services of Bremerton.

According to TranServ, Majestic owner Donna Longwell, who has been in the local hospitality industry for the past 20 years, will join the firm and help it expand its tour and charter business in the western part of the nation.

“We are very excited about entering the charter and tour business, and with Donna Longwell coming to work for us, said Gene Lobe, chairman of the board of managers of TranServ. “The purchase of Majestic Charter and Tours fits in with our strategic plan to build a bus charter business that will operate in the Western United States and Canada,”

“I was interested in selling Majestic Charter and Tours, and when Gene Lobe approached me it was like a dream come true,” said Longwell. “I really wanted to stay in the charter and tour business, and this gives me that opportunity.”

The sale officially closed on Feb. 12.
