 Poulsbo Art Walk founder Dinah Satterwhite has handed over the reins to new management. Beginning in February, the Cultural Arts Foundation Northwest (CAFN) will handle the quarterly Art Walks, continuing to present entertaining themed events featuring local artists and performers.
Satterwhite is working closely with Val Torrens, Executive Director of CAFN, as well as other members of the group including Ruth Bjorklund who will chair the committee. Lori Coulter will stay on in her position as Art Coordinator, matching the artists with the venues.
The Art Walks began early in 1999. After 5 art walks, Satterwhite feels that the “roots” have been planted, and she is pleased to have an established arts organization involved.
