Did you know you can print both federal and state required posters from the web? The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) recently established a new “poster advisor” site which allows employers to print posters directly from the department’s web site.

Additionally, the site provides compliance assistance information on labor laws and regulations, prompted by the user’s response to questions that help determine whether a workplace or an individual employee is covered by a specific law or regulation.
