Pacific Northwest Bank recently announced the promotion of Karen Booth to the position of Senior Vice President of the Customer Services Division. Booth will be responsible for the management, direction, administration and production for the bank’s Customer Service Department, Operations Services Department, Bankcard Services, Cash Management Services and On-line Banking

Booth has over 33 years experience in the financial services industry and has held numerous managerial and supervisory positions in retail and commercial banking as well as administration. customer service Call Center management, item processing and project management.

She attended the University of Washington and is also very involved in community and professional organizations, holding prominent leadership roles with several agencies including Financial Women International and the United Way.
