Bainbridge Island-based Technical Solutions, a technology design and implementation firm, recently completed the installation local and wide area networks in all three Bainbridge Island Fire stations.

The installation affords the Fire Department shared resources, increased communication, secured Internet access, workgroup collaboration, and the integration of both the Mac and PC platforms. The network design also allows for future expansion.

Bainbridge Island Fire Department Executive Director Ken Guy commented, “Technical Solutions did a great job of listening to our needs and designing a very easy to use network. The network addresses our immediate needs for Internet access and email at all three fire stations. We also have the capability to expand into more applications in the future. The project was completed on time, under budget and with minimal disruptions to our department.”
