Poulsbo’s Verksted Gallery will be featuring the work of three separate artists, Al Anderson, Sue Baldwin and Karen Lyman, during the month of November.
Anderson creates traditional Norwegian Bentwood boxes, using a technique handed down from his grandfather. His hand-crafted tine (covered oval baskets of bend wood) and korge (round wooden baskets) in various sizes, with a multitude of uses, are both functional and decorative.

Baldwin designs original hand-crafted pottery with a special whimsical flair. Her unique designs include garden art, vases, candle holders, as well as holiday items like snowmen, Santas, and angels.

Lyman creates felt art and pen & ink sketches accented with color pencils. She’s known for her felt bears, and will feature unique and light-hearted holiday felt items including snowmen, penguins and angels.
