After several months of construction, the long awaited Cosmo’s Deli, a genuine New York style delicatessen, has opened for business at 1960 S.E. Lund Ave., in the space right next to Starbucks.

Owners Shelly Lewis and Christina Balazs say that the deli offers fresh-baked bread, hard to find specialty food items, sliced-to-order meats, selected wines and much more, including a great lunch menu and some outstanding meatballs. They can also special order items for gourmet cooks and avid culinary fans.
