Northwest College is now offering a B.A. in Organizational Management through its Leadership Education for Adult Professionals (LEAP) program in Bremerton. Classes, which meet at Crossroads Neighborhood Church, 7555 Old Military Road NE in Bremerton, include Organizational Dynamics, Computer Systems Engineer (offered only at Kirkland) and Health Care Administration.

The non-traditional program is designed for students who have completed the first two years of college and have entered the workforce. Taught in a seminar fashion building on the experiences of the adult learners, grades are based on writing papers and completing various projects rather multiple choice tests. Students attend four hour classes one night a week which are offered one at a time in sequence. The program can be completed in eighteen months.

Students who have not completed the first two years of college may be able to receive course credit through CLEP testing and through the CDC (Credit through Demonstrated Competency) program.
