Bay Ford in Port Orchard recently announced the winner of its 3rd Quarter 2000 Flying Fish Award for outstanding employee achievement and job performance.

Service/Parts Cashier Shannon Adams, who has performed above and beyond the customer service standard as determined by her piers at the dealership and its customers, is the recipient.

“Shannon is always willing to go beyond her normal duties for her customers and co-workers.” stated Kim Campbell a previous award recipient.

The Bremerton resident began her employment with Bay Ford in January, 1999. The award is meant to symbolize a unique species that breaks traditional barriers.
