Carol Simon-Kranz M. C., has opened a counseling practice specializing in solution focused therapy for complicated grief and loss issues such as death and divorce. Her office is located at 9210 Silverdale Way, in Silverdale.

She formerly owned a private practice in Seattle and recently finished three years serving as the Hospice Team Counselor for Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.

Simon-Kranz is a Master's Level counselor, who trained at Seattle University. She offers a 30 minute informational session before the first appointment at no cost and will be facilitating a free support group for young widows and widowers, as she views younger bereaved spouses as having different needs than older persons.
