Cilinceon

 Sue Cilinceon has been named Assistant Vice President at Poulsbo-based North Sound Bank. She was recognized for the professional manner in which she has approached all the challenges the bank has relied on her for during her six year tenure.

Cilinceon will rejoin the bank’s main office as Operations Officer; a slot she filled for a year prior to her promotion to Operations Officer for the Operations and Customer Service Departments.

Cilinceon has held a number of other positions within the bank. She started as a part-time teller in Silverdale, moved into a Loan Assistant role, was promoted to Customer Service Officer when the department was under development, and then to Main Office Operations Officer.
