KPS renews federal employee contract

KPS Health Plans has successfully renewed its contract for the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (FEHBP). KPS has been an FEHB carrier since 1967, and expanded its area for the 2004 program to include those who live or work in all of Western Washington, from Blaine to Vancouver. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) approved the 2004 contract with a new benefit designs and lower rates.
