Liberty Bank of Washington has announced a ribbon-cutting ceremony that will serve as the kick-off to the new community bank’s month-long Grand Opening celebrations.
The event will take place on Thursday, August 6 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Liberty Bank’s Poulsbo branch located at 19917 7th Ave NE. Poulsbo Mayor Kathryn Quade as well as other local dignitaries and business owners will preside over the celebration. Also in attendance will be many of Liberty Bank’s founders—all of whom have Kitsap County connections and understand the unique banking needs of local business.
“This ribbon cutting event represents years of hard work by our founders and management to bring a new community bank to Kitsap County,” said Bill Fogarty, President of Liberty Bank. “Our mission is to bring back the relationship element to banking; it’s only by understanding each of our clients’ unique needs can we tailor a truly personalized solution. We want to be a partner in the community for generations to come.”
During the ribbon cutting, which is open to the public, Liberty Bank staff will be on hand to meet community members and discuss the relationship-banking practices that will serve as the core of the bank’s client philosophy. Refreshments will also be provided.
