Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) celebrates the summer by hosting its 8th Annual Care to Jazz Gala Benefit, July 17, 5:30-10:30 p.m. at the Silverdale Beach Hotel. The evening event features no-host cocktails, buffet dinner, silent, live and dessert auctions, dancing and jazz entertainment by Duane Wright and The Jazz Unlimited Band. Cris Larsen will emcee the event as well as conduct the live auction.

Tickets are $50 each or $500 for a table of 10 and are on sale at the PCHS’ administrative office located in Downtown Bremerton at 400 Warren Ave., Suite 300. Order forms can be downloaded from the organization’s website at www.pchsweb.org. For more information, call (360) 478-2366.

Event proceeds benefit the Dr. Edwin Tegenfeldt Patient Care Fund which provides prescription medications, x-rays, lab services and other ancillary services for uninsured and underserved children and adults in Kitsap County.
