InterLocking Software hires
Frank and Rodman

Poulsbo-based InterLocking Software recently announced it has expanded staff by hiring Diane Rodman and Gary Frank.

Rodman, a software developer, will work on the company’s permitting and licensing system. Frank will serve as InterLocking’s senior business systems analyst. In this role he will assist with client implementations and provide expertise as the company works to further enhance its existing products and to develop new products for its intergovernment software product line.

Prior to joining Paladin, Rodman worked in the Underwriting Department at KPS Health Plans, and in the information services department at Kitsap Mental Health Services. She holds bachelor’s degrees in both Computer Science and Sociology from Western Washington University and Chapman University, respectively.

Frank brings more than 28 years of experience in corporate strategy and leadership, product and project management, systems and data analysis, and customer support to InterLocking. Prior to joining the company, Frank spent 18 years at Avue Technologies, a human resources software/services company that he co-founded in 1985.
