The West Sound Technology Professionals Association (WSTPA) announced that Brian Welter, president and CEO of ATS, will demonstrate its NdCore (N- Dimensional Correlation) application, a unique, real-time data-mining analysis tool which is powered by CCM (Contiguous Connection Model), a patented, referential-discovery database, from 6 8 p.m. on April 21 at the Poulsbo Branch of the Kitsap Regional Library, located at 700 NE Lincoln Street.
The NdCore application is used by Army Intelligence and some private sector firms for its unique capabilities which focus on idea based searches, processed into hierarchies of information. This is used to extract information and relationships hidden within large quantities of data, such as emails, news articles, etc. It represents a real world creation not far removed from the theme in the movie A Beautiful Mind, with Russell Crowes portrayal of world-famous mathematician John Nash, who searches for secret communications encrypted within news articles and personal ads of newspapers.
The cost is free for WSTPA members and $5 for non-members. |
