The end of 2004 marked Paladin Data Systems’ 10-year anniversary. The company, founded in December 1994, celebrated its anniversary with its employees at the company’s annual holiday party.

“It’s an amazing milestone,” said Jim Nall, president and CEO of Paladin. “In an industry where most businesses fail in the first few years, Paladin has managed to not only survive, but succeed. I think it’s a real testament to the quality of people who work here.”

Starting as a small, custom technology solutions firm, Paladin is currently focusing on development of its own products, such as its Permitting system and its Web-based data and project management application for natural resource managers.

The company has grown from three original employees to its current staff of 47.
