NW Network Services adds
24/7 customer support

Through an arrangement with a third-party helpdesk service, Northwest Network Serevices now provides live telephone technical support to all customers of BainbridgeNet and NorthsoundNet, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

“Until now, our customers could only access a live support technician during our regular business hours.” said company president Bob Malecki. “Our new service allows customers to receive knowledgeable help from a seasoned team of technical support representatives any time of the day or night.”
