Yahoo has settled a copyright infringement lawsuit with singer Wylie Gustafson, whose voice is heard in the signature Yahoo yodel. “Wylie Gustafson yodels on for Yahoo,” the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company said in a statement. The singer said the original yodel was sold for one-time use, but that Yahoo kept using it. Terms of the settlement weren’t announced, but Gustafson had sued Yahoo for $5 million.
