| The West Sound Technology Professionals Association (WSTPA) will hold its next monthly meeting on April 18, in the new Community Meeting Room of the Poulsbo Branch of the Kitsap Regional Library, located at 700 Lincoln Ave. The meeting time is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The meeting will include a networking session and a special presentation by Jim Broumley, co-owner of Wave of the Future, entitled “Evolution of a Successful Computer Consulting Business”.
Broumley will discuss the evolution of his business over the last five years, covering mistakes he made and will reveal the set of decisions and actions that took his company from a startup to a six-figure, home-based business. He will also address selling services, pricing strategies, customer service, and professional development.
The WSTPA offers a forum for the exchange of ideas, presentations of new technologies, and an opportunity to network with IT professionals. Local business members are encouraged to attend and become better acquainted with area technology professionals
