| Donobi, Inc. recently announced the recent acquisition of World Front Technologies Corporation (WFT), also known as Bandwagon Internet of Silverdale. The transaction included all of WFT’s customers, equipment, and locations throughout Western Washington.
Bill Wright, President and CEO of Donobi, said, “We are extremely pleased with the recent acquisition as it not only increases our market share but also expands our service area. Both items were business plan targets for later in the year, and we are happy to say that we are outpacing those goals. As an added bonus, founders of WFT will remain on Donobi’s advisory board, which increases our wealth of experience and expertise.”
Donobi, along with the principals of Silverlink Corporation of Silverdale, also jointly announced a merger, which took place recently. Officials of the two companies stated they are excited about the new services that will become available during the next few months, including an expanded customer service department and the installation and expansion of fiber optic services. |
