| Two Silverdale high-tech firms, Solutions and Donobi Inc., recently signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement to provide enhanced business improvement programs, integrated electronic commerce and Internet technical services for clients of both companies.
According to Solutions President Mike Clayton and Bill Wright, president of Donobi, the two firms have collaborated on a number of mutual client projects over the past year and decided to formalize their business relationship.
They have developed a project management approach toward business analysis, management systems selection, programming and implementation that has benefited their mutual clients, and their agreement establishes the business foundation for providing a broader range of integrated professional services to their client base.
Solutions was founded in 1982 by Clayton and specializes in providing a full range of services for business startup, expansion, and improvement of operations and profit growth. The firm partners with other companies to provide project management coordination and operational analysis for improvement projects development and implementation.
Donobi, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Bill Wright and a group of local investors. It specializes in providing applications for business data integration, e-commerce, management systems analysis, development and integration as well as specialized applications programming, web presence needs and regional Internet services.
