| TSCNet recently completed a full T1 expansion and upgrade for MMP Properties’ multi-use project located in Wharfside on Parfitt Way on Bainbridge Island.
The installation encompassed three 2-story smart-wired office buildings with over 17,000 square feet of commercial space, and one 3-story residential condominium.
Steve Cohn, owner of MMP Properties, said that by sub-dividing the full T1 service, his firm can provide the latest technology for Internet connectivity to its clients.
The condominium suites boast the same full T1 service as the office complexes. Each individual unit is “smart wired” with 30 locations for television, cable modem, Internet appliances, fax, phone, and T1 service.
TSCNet is the largest high-speed Internet connectivity provider on the west side of Puget Sound. |
