| The Electronic Commerce Resource Center, one of 18 federally funded non-profit centers in the nation established to help small and medium size businesses adopt methods of e-commerce, is offering classes for local firms.
Successful Internet Business Strategies will teach attendees how other firms have successfully leveraged the internet to grow their business. It includes an overview of e-commerce and revenue strategies.
Internet in Business Operations shows how to lower operating costs, increase customer service and increase efficiency using the internet, intranets and extranets in routine business operations.
The classes will be held on May 16 at the Small Business Administrations Business Enterprise Center located at 1200 sixth Ave, Suite 1700, in Seattle.
