Boxlight debuts ultra-light,
value-priced SVGA projector
Unlike most ultra-light projectors that seem to grow in price as they shrink in size, Boxlight’s new, SP-5t projector boasts a price tag as lean as its profile — under $3,000.

Weighing in at only 5.5 lbs., and with a footprint about the size of a piece of paper, the SP-5t is a capable, value-packed projector that’s ideal for cost-conscious educators, small businesses, home theater enthusiasts and traveling presenters.

The unit will conquer most lighting challenges without dimming the lights, and its quiet operation won’t upstage the main event. True 800 x 600 SVGA resolution provides details that are crisp and clear straight from the computer and eliminates the need to change the resolution on most laptops for superior images from both television and video sources.

The SP-5t is compatible with the most commonly used HDTV standards, and has component video inputs for the highest quality consumer grade video images possible from the latest DVD players and camcorders. The unit is also compatible with the more common composite video connections.

A manual zoom lens makes it easy to fill up the screen and the digital keystone adjustment squares-up the image at the touch of a button. A remote control allows speakers to roam the stage or interact with the audience, and presenters can activate the digital zoom imaging and digitally enhance an area of the screen from anywhere in the room.
