The new program allows her to talk for free with the visitors on her Web site. According to Wiles, nothing has to be downloaded and visitors simply click on the “Click to chat” icon on the web page. She says HumanClick is great for enabling live sales and customer service on a business Web site or for bringing a personal Web site to life.

Wiles also noted that local firms can get HumanClick for their own Web sites, and that the program is free and it is very simple to install.
