Mercedes introduces new CLK500 |
The new-generation 2003 Mercedes-Benz CLK bears a striking family resemblance to the larger CL coupe, and both Mercedes coupes feature the auto industry’s only pillarless hardtop design. The 2003 CLK line features two new-generation coupe models – the CLK320 and CLK500.
In addition to a larger-displacement V8 engine, the CLK500 is equipped exclusively with an AMG wheel and body design package, plus larger brakes and additional detail differences from the CLK320. While the previous-generation CLK Cabriolet continues to be offered, a new-generation convertible version is expected next year.
