Corvette signature car auction benefits children
The Chevrolet Corvette Signature Car — signed by more than 500 celebrities, dignitaries and athletes during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, was recently auctioned online on eBay Motors by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America.

This one-of-a-kind, collectible car is one of the most unique pieces of memorabilia to come from the Olympic Games and soon will help make dreams a reality for children with life-threatening illnesses.

The Signature Car, a 405 horsepower Corvette Z06 — the fastest Corvette to date, boasts a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $50,350. Chevrolet, a presenting sponsor of the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Torch Relay, donated the car to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
