At a recent company-wide meeting, held at a local hotel, the employees of the Poulsbo-based Courtesy Auto Group signed a written commitment to provide the best customer service possible.

Courtesy, which owns six dealerships located from Gig Harbor to Port Townsend, including three in Poulsbo and one in Silverdale,invited all its employees to a company-wide breakfast. Owner John Hern and his son Rick presented facts and figures about new and used car sales, as well as numbers for the service, parts and finance departments, broken down by dealership.

They then presented the goals for the year 2002 along with a written customer service commitment all employees were asked to sign. Owner John Hern was the first to step us and sign.
