| Courtesy Ford in Poulsbo is the first dealership in Washington and Oregon to achieve Ford Motor Co.’s Blue Oval Certification, which is the highest recognition the company gives to its dealers.
To achieve the Blue Oval certification, dealerships must pass a rigorous evaluation and certification process conducted by JD Power & associates.
The JD Power evaluation found that Courtesy Ford maintains a high level of performance and consistency in the areas of customer sales and service experience, technology, customer follow-up resolution of concerns and commitment to its employees. |
