40 UNDER FORTY APPLICATION FORM

The Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal is accepting applications from the Kitsap Peninsula, including Gig Harbor, to recognize the 40 UNDER 40 outstanding young business leaders of this year.

To be eligible all of the following requirements must be met. An individual must:

  1. Work in the West Sound
    (Kitsap or Mason Counties, or the Gig Harbor side of Pierce)
  2. Be under the age of 40
  3. Be an outstanding employee, manager, or business owner
  4. Be making a notable impact on their business or industry

Information provided in this application will be used to verify eligibility, reviewed by the 40 UNDER FORTY selection committee, and used for editorial content in the Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal. Please fill out as much of this form as you can. Fields marked with an * are required.
