40 Under Forty 2013

THE 2013 40 UNDER FORTY PROGRAM

The Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal presents the opportunity to recognize outstanding young business leaders on the Kitsap Peninsula.

40 individuals will be recognized for the contributions they have made within their fields. These may range from starting a company to launching a new product or doing their job exceedingly well. They have spotted opportunities, sometimes problems and acted vigorously upon them — all before their fortieth birthdays. Nominate deserving individuals for 40 UNDER FORTY class of 2013.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible all of the following requirements must be met. An individual must:

Work in the West Sound
(Kitsap or Mason Counties, or the Gig Harbor side of Pierce)
Be under the age of 40 by September 15, 2013
Be an outstanding employee, manager, or business owner
Be making a notable impact on their business or industry
Be actively contributing to your community

NOMINATION & APPLICATION FORM

You may nominate individuals that meet the eligibility requirements. Your comments will be viewed by the judging committee. In addition the individuals you nominate will be asked to complete an application. If you wish to apply to be considered for the 40 UNDER FORTY Class of 2013. Submit your application online.

RECOGNITION EVENT

The 40 UNDER FORTY will be recognized at an evening event in their honor. Attendees will receive an advanced copy of the program’s special publication.

A special publication is produced to honor the year’s 40 UNDER FORTY, a profile of the top 40 is included.

The Top 40 Award Recipients will also be featured in the Kitsap Peninsula Business Journal.
